I have the same problem, what can I do to fix my equipment?
In this case, I changed all the cables, I even managed to update the firmware, but without success.
Jhonnes Santos - I encountered the same problem you are having when I tried to update my ORSR firmware. I was using the ORSR Full firmware and should have been using the ORSR Network firmware. Following the steps in the Oregon RFID firmware update guide with the network firmware fixed my issues. Hopefully it helps you too.

Hello, I was wondering if anybody else has encountered the issue that I am having with several readers. I have tried multiple power sources, including AC, 12V battery, and the portable battery pack from Oregon RFID. Our readers will not turn on, so I waited a week to try to turn them back on if they just needed time to reset but that did not work. I have also tried opening the back, which has lights on (alternating between 031 and 032, photos attached) so the power source is working, and I have tried pressing the reset button but nothing I have tried has allowed me to turn on the reader. I have also tried connecting to the terminal (CoolTerm) to see if I can connect to try updating the firmware, but the readers are not detectable/the terminal does not let us type anything (I have checked the settings and port, and it works with our other readers). Does anybody have any suggestions?
